If you have problems entering the membership area, the first thing to try is deleting the cookies on your computer. It's possible a rogue cookie is putting the wrong settings into the login screen.
In Internet Explorer choose TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS > DELETE COOKIES. It's also a good idea to delete files from the temp folder while you're in this area.
When complete, shutdown and reboot Explorer and try to login to the membership area again as above. Remember to use lower case and be careful of typos.
